Our Process

  1. Collection & Sorting – Post-consumer PET bottles are collected and segregated.

  2. Washing & Flake Preparation – Bottles undergo hot washing and label/impurity removal.

  3. Decontamination & Extrusion – Clean flakes are melted, filtered, and re-polymerized under vacuum.

  4. Pelletizing & Testing – Recycled resin is converted into uniform pellets and tested for IV value, color, and safety compliance.

  5. Packaging & Dispatch – Ready-to-use rPET resin shipped for direct use in preforms and bottles.
